The Employability Pipeline is a new project that supports people into work. If you live in Perth & Kinross and have serious barriers to finding work, such as being long-term unemployed, a young school leaver or coming from a jobless household, you can find support from a wide variety of organisations.
You can get all kinds of support and advice to help find a job, ideally suited to your needs and your goals, including:
• interview techniques and help with CV writing
• training and work skills
• skills academies
• work experience
• job searching and matching
• in-work support and aftercare.

What they offer: Peer Support Workers, who have lived experience of mental health issues, to work alongside you in support of your work or training goals.
What they offer: Support and training to develop a wide variety of work skills in their reuse centre, with an individual learning plan based on your needs and interests.
What they offer: Personalised support, employability training and matched work placement experience for young people, including school leavers, aged 16-25.
What they offer: Advice and guidance in CV building, application forms and interviews; access to additional job market; information on volunteering and training opportunities; use of computers and phones.
What they offer: Help to improve core skills, confidence, aspirations, communication skills. Employability Skills Qualifications and work experience opportunities.
