The Employability Pipeline is a new project that supports people into work. If you live in Perth & Kinross and have serious barriers to finding work, such as being long-term unemployed, a young school leaver or coming from a jobless household, you can find support from a wide variety of organisations.
There are 5 stages on the pipeline, which means you will be supported through the whole process. There is a network of Employability providers who can offer you this support.
You can get all kinds of support and advice to help find a job, ideally suited to your needs and your goals, including:
• interview techniques and help with CV writing
• training and work skills
• skills academies
• work experience
• job searching and matching
• in-work support and aftercare.

What they offer: Peer Support Workers, who have lived experience of mental health issues, to work alongside you in support of your work or training goals.
